The pick up from your hotel will be at 5:00 am towards the town of Soqma (3,205 m / 10,512 feet), after organizing ourselves, our trek begins, the first part of the trek will be a slight uphill for 2 hours until we reach perolniyoc, a fantastic place, a small Inca citadel on an incredible waterfall and with spectacular views of the sacred valley, after From this fantastic view, we will walk uphill for about 1 hour, until we reach Rayampata (3,700 meters / 9,350 feet), our lunch point. After lunch, we will continue the steep uphill trail for 2 hours and it will take us to the Kuychicassa pass (4,450 m / 14,596 ft), a fantastic view of the mountains and a well deserved rest before continuing to our Chancachuco camp.
A hot coffee or a coca tea in the morning to activate our energy and enjoy our first sunrise over the mountains, we have breakfast and start the walk on an original Inca trail, a path that was used by the chasquis, who were the Inca messengers , a path above the clouds and if we are lucky we will be able to appreciate the flight of the king of the skies, the Andean condor, during the walk, the views will be fantastic until we reach the small town of Ancascocha, our lunch will be near the lagoon ancascocha at 3,800m later we will continue our walk to our next camp in incaracay (4,250 m / 13,990 feet), a camp that is characterized by its cold temperature but with a a spectacular view of the stars.
Once again sunrise in the mountains is priceless and as we wake up we have a delicious breakfast prepared by our chef, our trek starts uphill for about 1 hour until we reach the Accoccasa pass (4640m/15,223ft). There is nothing better than waking up with a cup of hot coffee in this magnificent place that will be served in your tent, to later organize ourselves and start our trek to our next camp. It is from this day that we will follow the classic route of the Salkantay trek like this q we will meet other groups that will follow the same path to Machupicchu, our walk begins with 2 hours uphill until we reach the Salkantay pass 4,657 m / 15,367 ft., at this point we will be so close to the Salkantay mountain that we will have the sensation of having it between our hands with its colorful lagoons and snow-capped peaks, then we will have our lunch half way in Huayracmachay (3,800 m/12,464 ft), and continue towards the Colpapampa camp (2,850 m/ 9,350 ft). Where our appetizers and a hot chocolate await us.
We are entering the tropical zone of the circuit and everything begins to get colorful, with a lot of flora and fauna around, rivers, waterfalls, flowers, birds and much more, our next destination is Lucmabamba, where we will have lunch and later we will have an unforgettable experience of how It is the process of making coffee since we are in the best place to plant this product. We began by exploring the coffee plantations, learning about the different varieties of grains and gradually choosing our own. To then roast them, grind them and finally enjoy our own coffee made by ourselves.
After enjoying our lunch and also our organic coffee, we will take our transport that will take us to one of the oases of this place, they are the thermal baths of Cocalmayo with crystal clear water, with different temperatures and very pleasant for our body and our sight, since that the place is located near the great Urubamba river and surrounded by great mountains that make this place a paradise, after fully relaxing we return to our camp for dinner, made with the fruits and vegetables of this beautiful tropical zone.
After enjoying a great time in Lucmabamba we continue with our trip, walking uphill for 3 hours on the Inca Trail route that will take us towards the Inca ruins of Llactapata (2,700 m/8,856 ft), a fantastic place to appreciate In the distance, the stone city of Machupicchu, you can see the other side of the Urubamba valley, along with the Aobamba Canyon and the mountains of Machu Picchu and Huyana Picchu, and among them a construction of stone terraces, that is Machupicchu, the great city of stone .
Next, we continue with the 2-hour walk until we reach our lunch that is near the hydroelectric plant, and after enjoying our lunch we enter the Machupicchuu National Park, the emotion overwhelms us since we are bordering the mountain of Machupicchu until we reach the town of Aguas Calientes and then check in at your hotel before our dinner in a restaurant in the city.

In the morning we will have breakfast at the hotel and then take the bus that will take us back to this magical place, we can enjoy it once again but this time in its maximum splendor and with enough time, your guide will give you a complete explanation. of this magnificent place, visiting the most important precincts and temples of the city of Machupicchu, such as the guardian’s house, the sacred plaza, the Pacha Mama temple, the main temple, the intihuatana, the sacred rock and other precincts.
