Itinerary

Day 1Biking Entering The Convention Valley

The pick up at your hotel will be at 6:30 am and we will head towards the coffee valley for 1h½ towards the Willkawakay Pass (4,350 meters) where our adventure begins. We will enjoy an exciting 4 to 5 hour bike ride into the jungle. We will make a short stop and visit the archaeological site of Huamanmarka before arriving at the town of Santa María.

In Santa María after our lunch and a short break we start with the next activity: rafting. Enjoy 2.5-hour rafting on the Urubamba River (also known as the Vilcanota River). Later we went to the capital of coffee, Quillabamba, the city of eternal summer.

We are the only operator travel agency that makes the descent by bicycle to the town of Santa María.

Day 2Quillabamba And Its Surroundings

After enjoying our Quillabambino breakfast and its organic coffee, we headed to visit its waterfalls and one of them is the Illapani waterfall with its more than 85 meters high, the climate is very tropical in this area and there is nothing better than to taste the cremoladas of all the exotic fruits of this beautiful place, after our lunch we go to another fantastic place, an oasis in the middle of the jungle, the thermal baths of cocalmayo with its crystalline pools and its incredible view outdoors, later we We headed to our hostel to take a well-deserved rest.

Day 3Zip Line - National Park of Machupicchu - Aguas Calientes

We continue with our journey and today we have to enjoy the next activity that is the zip line, it is not only a cable, there are more than 5 cables and its large suspension bridge, make this unmissable activity for adventurers, crossing the mountains and enjoying of its fantastic place that makes us feel freedom in the open air. After our lunch, the trip will continue inside the Machupicchu National Park, along the great Inca jungle, passing through waterfalls, coca and coffee crops until reaching the town of Aguas Calientes.

Note: people who do not want to do the zip line activity in the morning are recommended to do the walk to llaqtapata, a fantastic walk through the Inca trail and with a spectacular view of Machupicchu, the duration of this walk is 4 hours until the lunch point And after lunch 3 hours until you reach the town of Aguas Calientes.

Day 4Interlaken Area. Excursion to The Jungfrau Massif

In the morning we will have breakfast at the hotel and then take the bus that will take us back to this magical place, we can enjoy it once again but this time in its maximum splendor and with enough time, your guide will give you a complete explanation. of this magnificent place, visiting the most important precincts and temples of the city of Machupicchu.

After the guided tour and finish the tour with your guide, the people who booked to visit the Huaynapicchu mountain or the Machupicchu mountain will have time to enjoy these magnificent places on their own, later after your tour please take the bus to to the town of Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included) and depending on the train’s departure time, it is possible that you can tour the small very touristic city of Aguas Calientes.

The train will take you to Ollantaytambo where our driver will meet you at the exit of the train station to take you back to the city of Cusco, exactly at the door of your hotel.

  • Optional: Transfer to Machu Picchu: 25 minutes from Aguas Calientes.

  • Transfer to Cusco: 3 hours by train and bus from Aguas Calientes to Cusco.
  • Meals: Breakfast.
  • Maximum altitude: 2,429 meters above sea level / 7,972 feet.
  • Minimum altitude: 2040 masl / 6692 feet.

The option of the HuaynaPicchu or Machu Picchu Mountain Treks depends on availability, please let us know if you really want to add one of these additional treks at the time of your reservation.

NOTE: We need at least 2 people to carry out the tour, normally our groups are small maximum 7 people.
